RE: Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys)) HDi Estate - Niall - 16-03-2014 SO back in a 306 again. Will you be looking after this one and not using it as a deer plow? ![]() RE: Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys)) HDi Estate - Grant - 16-03-2014 So when you were down at stu's did you pick up my cyclones? ![]() RE: Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys)) HDi Estate - vlj - 17-03-2014 (16-03-2014, 07:38 PM)Grant Wrote: So when you were down at stu's did you pick up my cyclones? We weren't down there I'm afraid - the car was dropped to me! x Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys)) HDi Estate - Jtrigga - 17-03-2014 Was this running a stage 2 map? Now it's on a stage 2 limited torque type thing. RE: Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys)) HDi Estate - Grant - 22-03-2014 Wasn't the fuel pump forever cutting out under heavy load? Throwing up lights on the dash? RE: Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys)) HDi Estate - vlj - 22-03-2014 (22-03-2014, 10:47 AM)Grant Wrote: Wasn't the fuel pump forever cutting out under heavy load? Throwing up lights on the dash? Yeah -- that thing was f*cked, replaced that last weekend though and runs fine again now! Hopefully get it through an MOT this week.. RE: Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys)) HDi Estate - Norledge - 02-08-2014 Ahahahahahaha it's mine again!!! After being returned to Oxfordshire for a long overdue clean (thnx bois x), I've repicked it up and its gone in for an MOT this morning, ready to completely ruin it with Nato Sand Paint and silly roof racks and maybe some camo net. Like my old Pissrat. But Sand. ![]() RE: Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys)) HDi Estate - Dum-Dum - 02-08-2014 Woop, go stu RE: Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys)) HDi Estate - Norledge - 07-08-2014 Hmm... ![]() Somethings not right there... RE: Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys)) HDi Estate - Jonny81191 - 07-08-2014 Aside from the obvious, is that just the camera angle or is it that badly cambered? RE: Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys)) HDi Estate - Poodle - 07-08-2014 No spring clips or retaining bar, someone likes to live dangerously. ![]() RE: Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys)) HDi Estate - HDi--Power - 07-08-2014 And only one pad ![]() RE: Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys)) HDi Estate - Niall - 07-08-2014 I think thats mostly camber :/ Also, is the problem that you don't have a cap on the bleed nipple? RE: Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys)) HDi Estate - Norledge - 07-08-2014 LOLchips. It had a grinding noise on the rear since I re-collected it. The note on the MOT was 'Rear Pads worn below 1.5mm' - Suppose he's not wrong. I've since fitted actual brake pads and made a retaining bar thing out of an old VIN plate I had kicking around riveted to the slam panel. And it's camera angle, the beam isn't THAT f*cked! RE: Stu's (Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys))) HDi Estate - Ruan - 07-08-2014 Shockingly the beam isn't actually bad on that car AFAICR RE: Stu's (Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys))) HDi Estate - Grant - 08-08-2014 Missing a pad, no retaining bar or clips, no cap on the bleed nipple. Rebuild or new rear calliper time ![]() RE: Stu's (Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys))) HDi Estate - Norledge - 08-08-2014 Or just fit new pads and make a retainer bar. Job jobbed ![]() RE: Stu's (Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys))) HDi Estate - Norledge - 12-09-2014 Sooo I've done LOADS. Dog guard, tow bar, picking up some Nimrods off Piggy tonight. I've even cleaned it. I actually love this car. 41.9mpg average on the last tank - and I drive like a lady garden (as I'm sure Ru dog will agree with) RE: Stu's (Ruan's (and Vaughan's (and Jonnys))) HDi Estate - Eeyore - 12-09-2014 no pictures?
