Of course Niall and Pellowe would be straight in giving a helpful post.Kingy there are no plans for a club bbq this year at present, unfortunately there were a few people last year who didn't pay in advance, turned up on the day and expected there to be food for them. Luckily the two who brought the food were generous enough to share their food own out, but they then took the piss even further by making us have to chase them for weeks afterwards to pay for their share.
If there is enough demand then I can look into it, though it would most likely be food that I've gone and bought (not farm-made food form Mr Airey or Mr Lobb), so it's up to everyone else.

Guys just a reminder for those of you that havent paid for camping yet
MONDAY IS THE CUT OFF DATE. ANY PEOPLE WHO DONT PAY BEFORE THEN CANT CAMP WITH US!!!!!
If you would like to camp but wont have the money by the first (for example, your payday is the 5th) then please PM Me or Scott and we might be able to help you out. If you dont contact us though before the 1st, you aint camping!

Cant check for certain as Scott is the one with access to the paypal account but im sure it would of done. You would of been notified by Paypal if it had of failed.

ive already paid for camping but was going to come down with kent but it looks like my car might be ready by then so ive just paid for 2 nights parking but dont know whats up with my paypal but it says pending until the 5th july. is this a problem?
