Last year everyone paid on the day for what they had requested from me and Darren (both have family owned farm shops) so I will presume until told otherwise that this is the plan again this year
If this is the case a thread will be started with a list of options for people to choose from nearer the time as we can't really just bring a random selection of stuff as that would be a waste of anything that isn't used, obviously there will be some extras thrown in but not much!

Well it worked well last year with very little waste for either me or darren and I think that anyone who had food off us was happy so same again seems like a good option

Yeah we'll make sure most stuff is cleared the night before, so we can get things tidy quickly on Sunday morning before heading to the show.
Just to check mate, have you let them know an updated number for who is coming camping? They might only be expecting 20 or so people...
