you want to see the state of it right now! I only take pics when its clean you mean It now has a lovely rebuilt, now head gasket blowing engine sat in the engine bay so it just needs last few bits connecting and then it should be up and running again, and then I might sling my new bumper on while i'm at it!

Looks good Mark, always liked your Ph2. I'll be getting a set of HDI rods soon and need to find another engine to rebuilt with them in.
Did you just use the original pistons, bearing ect?

Bearing shells that came with the HDi rods
and the original pistons (although I should probably have skimmed them while they were out but lack of time and money has resulted in than not being done) I don't think the DT bearing shells fit the HDi rods but I didn't look TBH, but I think I remember darren saying they were!

2 screws and you are just left with the brackets for the plate
have to be legal and all I got a bollocking last year about this time for running no front plate...............knowing my luck it would be the same copper
