EFA  Re: Scott's Astor 6 - Scott - 30-04-2012 You phoned me while I was doing the same thing! Jonny that's not a bad idea, that way I can tell them to f*ck their couch in person! Re: Scott's Astor 6 - 4WayDiablo - 30-04-2012 Tacha off here got screwed over by pug performance. In a nutshell it went in for new brakes and came back with downgraded suspension... I would avoid them but too late. This just confirms how people should avoid them Scott's Astor 6 - Jonny b - 30-04-2012 Here to help scotty boy here to help!! Lol Re: Scott's Astor 6 - Scott - 30-04-2012 Well I'll be posting in the facebook group about it since they're determined to keep selling through it when clearly they can't even manage to check part numbers correctly. I've gotta say as well, that's not the first time I've heard a story like that! I'm hoping Tacha managed to get her parts back?! Re: Scott's Astor 6 - 4WayDiablo - 30-04-2012 Nope nothing... they said "prove it" " it was like that when it came in". Edit : just seen you mention chris woods? Iirc tacha mentioned "Colin" I think it was Scott's Astor 6 - Jonny b - 30-04-2012 4WayDiablo Wrote:Nope nothing... they said "prove it" " it was like that when it came in". f*ck that I'd have said prove when your units burned down lol Re: Scott's Astor 6 - Scott - 30-04-2012 [attachment=1] [attachment=0] Re: Scott's Astor 6 - devils_fuel - 30-04-2012 Scotty decisive action is required now, no butt fudging is helpful lol. Go around there with parts, the receipt , a gallon of petrol and a zippo. State you want a full refund or they may need to claim on their insurance Re: Scott's Astor 6 - Kimmie - 30-04-2012 Well Pug Performance is where he took the S16.....enough said on that. You can imagine the look on my face when he said that's where he was getting the exhaust from!! It's all worked out now, but Scott's isn't the first horror story we've heard, and Tacha's sounds similar to another person's, so I'd be careful! Re: Scott's Astor 6 - devils_fuel - 30-04-2012 Ha ha I know kimmie hence decisive action is required Scott's Astor 6 - THE_Liam - 04-05-2012 You might wanna point out to them that you own and run a 306 forum Re: Scott's Astor 6 - ginge191 - 04-05-2012 THE_Liam Wrote:You might wanna point out to them that you own and try to run a 306 forum EFA car's looking nice though Scott, great work mate! So yeah pretty much still chavtastic Re: Scott's Astor 6 - Toby - 04-05-2012 We all know that Turini's are awesome though.. More awesome in 17" varieties My McGard Ultra bolts are in the post now, a good investment I think... Re: Scott's Astor 6 - Scott - 04-05-2012 Why, you worried Jonny was going to steal them? Turinis full stop are awesome. As I said to Ed earlier this afternoon...team Turini ftw. I need to find my McGard's :? Re: Scott's Astor 6 - Connor - 04-05-2012 Those mcgard are wank... Ask midnight what happened when we were fitting his cyclones... Re: Scott's Astor 6 - Toby - 04-05-2012 Connor Wrote:Those mcgard are wrist exercise... Ask midnight what happened when we were fitting his cyclones... Did you use an airgun? Scott's Astor 6 - Jonny b - 04-05-2012 Pah mcgaurds are no harder to get off than a normal wheel bolt lol, I shall have some of these wheels!!! Re: Scott's Astor 6 - Connor - 04-05-2012 Toby Wrote:Connor Wrote:Those mcgard are wrist exercise... Ask midnight what happened when we were fitting his cyclones... Nope, just me being hench I suppose... Scott's Astor 6 - ben87 - 05-05-2012 So if we based this project thread on merit it would have jack all...lack of picture...lack of plans just loads of people chatting crap........ /chatbox thread Re: Scott's Astor 6 - Midnightclub - 05-05-2012 Older Mcgard nuts are wank, mine were basically made from cheese, to be fair to Mcgard though they sent me a new designed set out straight away and drilling equipment to remove the broken bolt Re: Scott's Astor 6 - Scott - 07-05-2012 Took a trip down to Grant's today for a day of win fixing and details cars...unfortunately it did rain so we couldn't do as much detailing as we wanted, but still managed to get a lot done. First job was to fit my decat (from now on known as 'winpipe') which went surprisingly well, Grant thought it was going to be a lot more hassle but it wasn't too bad. Also managed to get it properly mounted as well which is great as it was pretty close to the bumper and not sitting fully in the exhaust tunnel, but that's all sorted now. Also managed to fit my turinis! I was being a massive tart all day about them, and actually clayed them before fitting them and used some Poor Boy's Wheel Sealant on them to protect them and make them easy to clean. They look and feel porn! I had some issues with my cyclone locking wheel bolts though, as they rounded off and we had to go to a local garage to get them to remove them all...that left me £10 lighter and with a small dent in one of the clones where the twat missed with the hammer knocking a socket onto the bolt The car is looking much better now on the Turinis, and feels excellent to drive now with the decat and with the exhaust fitted properly. Scott's Astor 6 - Ed Doe - 07-05-2012 Ffs scott, stop making this car so win, I'm well jel! Can't believe you got that steal of an exhaust, and hats off for keeping the tuwinis; they look porno! However, it definitely needs some lowerage!! Chronically! Then all you need is a set of anth masks, and a charger, and then your transformation into mabgti is complete Re: Scott's Astor 6 - Dum-Dum - 07-05-2012 Defo needs hit with the lowering stick. Re: Scott's Astor 6 - Niall - 07-05-2012 Needs lows (I can say this now ) |
