i just been told its my injectors by my step dad do i hae to get new ones or can i get them refurb?

you can get them refurbed but it costs about the same to get new ones - what fuel pump are you running??

Just take them out and run spark plugs from an re turbo, common upgrade

spark plugs would give you ZERO smoke, it's a sure win!
