RE: OBY the Black DTurbo - Nathan1305 - 20-01-2015 So tried fixing the issue with my key fob but to luck :/ it locks and unlocks the car fine but won't start it unless you turn the ignition on with the spare key then take it out and use the key fob to start it. I've replaced the transponder sensor but no luck. Anyone have any advice? [attachment=21217] RE: OBY the Black DTurbo - Nathan1305 - 30-01-2015 Got some Avo coilovers off Ian (slamwagon) fitted today made it low as f*ck but handles awesome just have to watch out for every little bump, next up is my intercooler and Bosch pump[attachment=21427] [attachment=21428] [attachment=21429] [attachment=21430] RE: OBY the Black DTurbo - 7057sam - 30-01-2015 Wow that low I give it a week before you raise it up

Got a link for the wheel and boss mate? It looks great in the car and the car is looking really good overall now with a bit of a drop! Feels a lot better with fresh fluid in the system
RE: OBY the Black DTurbo - RetroPug - 03-02-2015 I see, thanks! RE: OBY the Black DTurbo - Nathan1305 - 08-02-2015 So will be attempting to fix the DT tomorrow with a replacement heat exchanger and an oil change, coolant change and new oil filter hopefully this will fix the issue I have where the oil is in the expansion tank. Any tips or advice on bleeding the cooling system? RE: OBY the Black DTurbo - Poodle - 10-02-2015 Oh really, found some rot? RE: OBY the Black DTurbo - Nathan1305 - 10-02-2015 (10-02-2015, 06:34 AM)Poodle Wrote: Oh really, found some rot? No engine issues, expansion tank has oily sludge floating to the top, so trying to source a new expansion tank and flush and re-bleed the system to see if it stops it. If it comes back again then I suspect it's head gasket :/ RE: OBY the Black DTurbo - Poodle - 11-02-2015 Ah... Good old dts. Hg isn't terminal though, wouldn't you try and fix it? Any other symptoms?
