T2/T25 hybrid works on a standard manifold but it's quite a laggy set up. TD04's lag still but they are surprising if you set them up right. I have a spare K14/T2 manifold if you need one.

T25 is still a massive improvement on any standard turbo IMO. I ran mine for a while on a T25 and I liked it a lot. With the bosch, fmic and exhaust it made for a "fun" ride.

Its only £20 might have to go take it off his hands then. Any ideas how to go hybriding the t2 and t25 yourself? Ive got acsess to laths and things. Or needent I bother is it a fairly easy fit?

I would just bolt it on as - is personally.

For the hassle in housing it into a T2 you might aswell for the sake of £20 put it on then put your time into getting a better turbo on a manifold and setup (a VNT of your choice).

Makes sense to me. Ill bolt it up to the k14 mani I have then I think. Wont be untill next year the vnt Wink the spare engine I have is in the pipeline of being built. Just buying bits atm
