I need the sizes mate. Even a rough guide.

I'll grab a gasket for a 2.1 exhaust manifold to work off, don't worry Tongue
just to clarify, the 2.1 XUD11 is the same engine, i.e 406 2.1 and the xantia?

RE: Inlet Adapters, plus possibly more. - Lego Jon - 08-01-2014

are you wanting them with stud conversion or not?

(06-01-2014, 10:45 PM)Kezzieboy Wrote: any news on the spacers/PCD adapters? what's the cost looking like?

Depends on the size you want, if you're wanting stud conversion with the Spacers/PCD adapters. and Obviously what thickness.

RE: Inlet Adapters, plus possibly more. - Kezzieboy - 08-01-2014

Prices on:
Plain 15mm spacers
The smallest (20mm, maybe?) bolt-on spacers you can do
4x108 to 4x100 PCD adapters

How much more would it cost for a stud conversion, and can you supply everything required, including nuts (either taper or flat-seat)?

Just trying to get an idea of what you can offer, and if the prices are better than the fairly grim ones I keep finding online Tongue

RE: Inlet Adapters, plus possibly more. - Wor Jimmy - 08-01-2014

Plain 15mm spacers - I'm hoping for £30 per pair ish posted, hub centrics Give me a link of what you are looking at?

The smallest (20mm, maybe?) bolt-on spacers you can do
4x108 to 4x100 PCD adapters I can get it down to 12mm if i play with it, mod the bolts. unless 20mm is wanted that is. £40-50 ish posted Any pcd conversion spacers will be a stud conversion as standard made from alu, otherwise they will be thicker, Stainless/mild steel to to able to handle the drill and trapped holes for the bolts.

How much more would it cost for a stud conversion, and can you supply everything required, including nuts (either taper or flat-seat)? Stud conversion? FREE! lol. I will try and supply nuts, if i get some interest i will buy in bulk, but it may just be cheaper for both of us if you get them yourself, otherwize delivery will be chaged to me.. then to you aha

Sorry if this makes no sense. (I'm the other guy from this post haha)

RE: Inlet Adapters, plus possibly more. - Wor Jimmy - 09-01-2014

Making dean up some spacers with stud conversion as soon as he gets some extd bolts will upload pics

RE: Inlet Adapters, plus possibly more. - juz22 - 09-01-2014

RE: Inlet Adapters, plus possibly more. - Wor Jimmy - 09-01-2014

RE: Inlet Adapters, plus possibly more. - Wor Jimmy - 09-01-2014

Indeed! making a set of 10, need to know if i should them 2" 2.25" 2.5" outside Dia on the pipe, i will make all the shells+flange and weld the pipe on to order.

RE: Inlet Adapters, plus possibly more. - Jimbo - 09-01-2014

2.25 I think will be most popular

I was playing around today with the pipe i am going to use, would people use/want anything like this on the end to help the seal? or just a straight pipe.

(Each side is a different type)

This is what we normally use when doing large rubber pipe connectors, thought it might have some use here.

RE: Inlet Adapters, plus possibly more. - silverzx - 10-01-2014

A lip is always good compared to "straight" / "normal" pipe. The last picture looks like the best option to me.
