Haha I forgot you was at comet... yea we once sent a unit back to a customer stripped down!!! All repairs are done in Poland now....

Haha yeah, was being the main word lol. Yeah, company called jabil mate.. we had to book the repairs before we all got made redundant..
Not as bad as a machine which was sent to acer by a customer once.. Acer opened the box and it was full of live cockroaches!! Nasty haha

I think we got that back off Acer!!! I've seen allsorts go on there... but fair play if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be windows vista certified, Toshiba after sales certified... they trained me up good!
