RE: ghetto car mods - Toms306 - 26-12-2012 An exhaust doesn't suck....how the hell does sticking a washer in there make a sucking sound!? RE: ghetto car mods - Ruan - 26-12-2012 Will make a really sharp whistling noise... Almost sounds like sucking... RE: ghetto car mods - Toms306 - 26-12-2012 Oh right, fair enough. Still, not sure why you'd want an exhaust noise like that though tbh! RE: ghetto car mods - procta - 26-12-2012 this was what the prevous owner did to the metros exhaust for a side exist! a end of a gti back box, shoved on the end of the centre section. bodge was used to cover seal. then a bake bean can rapped around to tidy it off. the car sounded like a petrol grass cutter as it had no silencers. RE: ghetto car mods - Eeyore - 26-12-2012 One of my headlights is held in with one cable tie. Thats it. The old centre section that I had on at pugfest and FCS was welded by my mate. Was so rusty it had holes so we used exhaust putty and fibreglass to seal it. Needless to say it wasnt there when i took it off but there were even bigger holes! RE: ghetto car mods - InkedMuttley - 27-12-2012 My D-Tubby had a scaffold exhaust too...back box dropped off and couldn't be arsed to buy a new one as I was going to have a straight through made up for it before it self destructed...
