Turns out i was nearly right, the throttle arm was unable to reach max throttle.

There was a bolt replaced incorrectly at some point that was blocking the throttle arm apparently =z

Jake was the closest haha. I started to change the fuel filter when I decided to check the throttle arm just like jake said and low and behold I found this

Dan! Found it in my engine bay somewhere but put in back in so it allowed me to use the full range so it wernt him! Someone just have done it during the week or its done it its self Confused maybe I have a ghost in my engine bay..........

All fixed Big Grin
