Grant in all seriousness, I'd tell them that you said collection only for a reason, as you don't have the time or resources to arrange a courier. Their demands are unreasonable and they had plenty of opportunity to contact you about this prior to bidding. Tell them that they can either collect it or you'll refund them and offer it to the next bidder.

Bubble wrap suppliers are cheeky bastards, they just advertise it as "an extra 33% free!" but what they don't tell you is that the extra 33% is the packaging!
