Didn't have the money to tax it because he spent it all on weed... He eventually lost his job because he couldnt get there, then lost his house, his girlfriend and his family hate him. and is now a raging alcoholic, is skitsophrenic (or how ever its spelt) it was the third time he got caught mind and this is an extreme case but still.
