found a few more photos of my old phase 1

I tell you what did bite me mind and it haunted me to the day I got shot of the car too! was this!! I only had the car 3 f*cking weeks at the time too! I was f*cking well pissed off! costed £300 quid to fix that and even then it was a f*cking mess!

check out the paint match! and bumper! all started to fail with in a year sadly
[Image: Picture020-1.jpg]

then next door had some work done on the house, and some chav who was working there at the time, was fuckin about and damaged my car!!
work mans bucket gets launched at his work mate, but instead the bucket of dirty water goes over the car and the bucket hits the bonnet causing this! that was going to cost 300 quid to fix too! by then the car would have needed a respray tbh,
 [Image: Picture021.jpg]
So it had a bit of a bad time sadly, Mind it never missed a beat with me at all! but I recon it was a ticking time bomb tbh, as the engine was always smokey at start up, and the heater matrix wasn't working either.
After it was sold on, I think the engine blew or something a year or so later, as it had an engine change when it hit 100k and I got shot of it on 86k

I had this exact conversation the other day. I couldn't work out why we reckoned he was so much younger, but reading through this i reckon it's probably the detachment from reality.

well lads i will take that as compliment! taking 10 years off me. sadly though poodle I cannot help been from the north east, sunderland can I?
One thing that car never got the chance go to a 306 meet, as there wasn't anyone from the north east sector at the time! I remember we had our very 1st meet in 2007, months after I got the HDI! That was with two new members from durham and teeside! I think the three of us were the only ones at the time in that north east sector!
I will try and see if I have those knocking about,

RE: 10 years today - THE_Liam - 12-05-2015

I'm pretty sure you commented on my first .net thread back in April 2009 Procta and you already had a fair few posts then!

Got my first 306 in 2009, and I've had:

'95 STDT Cossack
'97 DT Sigma
'93 XRDT Venetian
'97 DT Diablo

Also had a 106 GTi, 205 1.8D van, and now my big lardy 406. Loads of random crap in between though lol

I remember one of your 306s ended up here, not sure if it was your 1st one or the second one. As a lad from Newcastle I think bought if I remember, I think he moved on shortly afterwards too.
you maybe the third one from north to hang about after all this time, tbh

RE: 10 years today - THE_Liam - 13-05-2015

It was the 2nd one, the Sigma DT, best one I had.

I remember wanting to buy your first 306 years ago.

Every car I have owned bar one have been bought out of sunderland, The last one came from Warrington Cheshire.
