I give up, I get the lanes around the wrong way too! I always think it make sense for the inside and outside lanes to be the other way around, so I just call them 'fast and slow'

haha yep i do that too!
I sometimes have to use the whole holding my hand up in front of my face making an 'L' shape with my finger and thumb to get my right and left the right way round
