It's not just the plastic it's more the fact that the bolt hole spacings aren't equal so one side has less pressure holding it down.

I'll see if it's wrapped again and if it isn't I just bodge it with sealant, starting the get sick of working on the estate now.

True, but still daft using plastic on something that's going to heat and cool massively every day....just makes it bend and go brittle. Metal one's are so much better imo!

Don't blame you tbh, you need to drive it a bit more to appreciate the work you've put into it now. Smile
