Only cheaper drills I've used with a 10mm are the Bosch ones.

We use a Bosch professional cordless in work which gets abused daily and its lasted years, 13mm chuck. Only thing we have done is upgrade the battery.
Another good make is Makita :-)

Bit different but Lidls have 20 quid 3 year warranty angle grinders in currently. Variable speed too.
