RE: 106 GTi vs 306 GTi6/Rallye - Martin306 - 16-01-2014 No they dont, all the cases are the same.. so you can use the 200mm clutch RE: 106 GTi vs 306 GTi6/Rallye - ozonehostile - 16-01-2014 200mm clutch doesn't fit on mine :-\ Had to send it back and swap for 180mm as I assumed the gti 200mm would be an improvement RE: 106 GTi vs 306 GTi6/Rallye - c.gerrard - 16-01-2014 (16-01-2014, 12:29 AM)Tom Wrote: Just an idea, Ibiza Cupra R? Does sound like a very good set up. It's sort of what I am wanting to avoid though, having to get parts and sort out x, y and z. Literally just want something to abuse. Not being lazy, just have the other project to focus on! RE: 106 GTi vs 306 GTi6/Rallye - Midnightclub - 16-01-2014 IMO.. buy a '6, 99% as fun as a 106 GTi but a lot more comfortable and much cheaper, sound better too RE: 106 GTi vs 306 GTi6/Rallye - Martin306 - 16-01-2014 (16-01-2014, 12:18 PM)ozonehostile Wrote: 200mm clutch doesn't fit on mine :-\ I wasn't talking about the clutch, I was saying any 106 gearbox will fit on an engine with a 200mm clutch. If you need to upgrade the clutch, you need the flywheel and clutch kit for the correct year of your engine. |
