And mine at first was in the vent, but the vent is only just big enough really so don't think you could make it look as good as that Can see it here just about RE: Show me your boost gauges - Niall - 30-06-2013 (28-06-2013, 11:09 PM)ginge191 Wrote: lol worlds worst photo! When i saw it, it was in primer and all the fibreglass and filler had a crack all the way round where it hadnt bonded properly. RE: Show me your boost gauges - C.A.R. - 30-06-2013 I have the same A-pillar pod as posted above, really well made item and fits like a glove. Doesn't squeak or rattle and looks almost OEM. My gauge is a Stack item with the filter ripped out and replaced with some yellow quality street sweet wrapper for amber illumination, I shit you not! Re: Show me your boost gauges - THE_Liam - 20-07-2013 Finally fitted mine RE: Show me your boost gauges - puglove - 20-07-2013 (29-06-2013, 12:32 PM)Kezzieboy Wrote: Why doesn't anyone just do them like this: Looks shit, looks like youv cut a hole in your vent and jammed it in there /noeffort RE: Show me your boost gauges - Kezzieboy - 20-07-2013 Each to their own, looks a lot more OEM to me, the fiberglass stuff all looks a bit maxpower IMO RE: Show me your boost gauges - padge - 20-07-2013 RE: Show me your boost gauges - Frosty - 20-07-2013 (20-07-2013, 04:29 PM)padge Wrote: Maybe a stupid question but how do you mount the gauges like that? RE: Show me your boost gauges - Frosty - 01-08-2013 What 1s do people go for to have gauges in where the stereo would usually be? I got this 1 but not that impressed with it http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271093967570?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 RE: Show me your boost gauges - titch - 04-08-2013 I got a centre vent gauge pod made by some one on another site. I painted it as best i could to match the standard plastic colour. In my other car i used one of those ebay 3 gauge jobbies that fits in the radio slot, but i fibre glassed around it to make it look a bit more permanent, and also modified an old dash surround to hold 2 more gauges.
