RE: vicious_burger - cwspellowe - 25-04-2013 Whats even worse is the jag driver survived and depending on findings of the RTC she may be facing manslaughter charges now too. Hate hearing of accidents like this, especially when its someone everyone knows. He was the guy i used to nag about wheel fitment before i got the estate. RIP fella. Although the skull and crossbones bonnet badge was wank haha. X RE: vicious_burger - declantg - 25-04-2013 Do they know who was at fault? I know it was someone a lot of people here know but i do find it comical how you just assume that the jag driver was in the wrong....unless youve seen something we haven't? Dum dum, we will never see photos of the car. It will be a Cat A so will be driven straight to a scrap yard and crushed once the police are finished with it. Niall mate, I think you've missed what Chris meant there, I can't see where he states that he thinks the Jag driver was in the wrong. Tbh, I really dont think he would have been driving like a dick! Especially with his dad at the side of him. RE: vicious_burger - declantg - 25-04-2013 Definitely not! There was a crash local to me, corsa b had a head on with a merc who was overtaking on a blind bend. Merc drivers survived, think all three of the teens died in the corsa Awful way to go RE: vicious_burger - Niall - 25-04-2013 (25-04-2013, 06:45 PM)declantg Wrote: Definitely not! Unfortunately cheaper smaller cars are not as good in a crash. That is one undeniable benefit to having a big expensive car. They are normally substantially safer! RE: vicious_burger - ozonehostile - 25-04-2013 sad news indeed ![]() RE: vicious_burger - Eeyore - 25-04-2013 sad news for sure. I think i may have met him once definitely remember the red dturbo. Exactly, cheers for jumping on my back there Niall. I said the key words depending on the findings and might. Fact of the matter is, if a driver is killed in an RTC, the other driver faces the possibility of manslaughter charges, especially if it were found the jag was unroadworthy, or even slightly speeding etc. Noone's saying the jag driver at fault, i was looking at it more objectively than a simple RIP Rob, there's two people survived the collision and you bet your bottom dollar they won't forget it. |
