Had the wheels re-balanced and it has sorted the problem. I also have one slightly buckled wheel, which doesn't help. But, I now get shakes when pulling off fast in 1st and 2nd.... The search continues. Dont know about the 2nd gear issue. Never got round to fixing it. Think its having a new box put on it soon. Occasionally, i would put it into 2nd and the stick would come straight back to the hand brake. Out and back in again and its fine.
