It's definitely a write off man, both chassis legs are bent and ripped, both inner wings are touching the engine on each side, not sure about the rest of the car but I wouldn't imagine dropping 6ft onto the front would do the shell much good :-\ The 2.1 Sedanimal. Deceased - Jukie88 - 12-08-2013 Ahhhh that sucks :-( was just looking a hiring a jig but they are expensive lol shame :-( RE: The 2.1 Sedanimal. Deceased - procta - 12-08-2013 get the lump dropped out and other parts, and drop it into another shell. The 2.1 Sedanimal. Deceased - devils_fuel - 13-08-2013 Where did you crash it mate? RE: The 2.1 Sedanimal. Deceased - Chris_90 - 13-08-2013 as i said on fb the makings of a 2.1 tuck turbo RE: The 2.1 Sedanimal. It looks worse than I thought, the front has been pushed in nearly a foot. RE: The 2.1 Sedanimal. Deceased - mr_fish - 14-08-2013 annoying stuff there boss...any plans on what to do with it? RE: The 2.1 Sedanimal. Deceased - kernow_joe - 14-08-2013 Gutted about this Beast, such shame, what's the engine going in now? RE: The 2.1 Sedanimal. Deceased - spike2002 - 14-08-2013 Put the engine in a 205 RE: The 2.1 Sedanimal. Deceased - kernow_joe - 14-08-2013 Just so happens I have a 205 ... RE: The 2.1 Sedanimal. Deceased - ozonehostile - 14-08-2013 Il be dropping the engine out next week then keeping it around until I find a good use for it. Maybe a phase 1 306 estate, always wanted to do that, or I quite fancy another 405 RE: The 2.1 Sedanimal. Deceased - Midnightclub - 14-08-2013 *cough* mid mount it in a 205 *cough* RE: The 2.1 Sedanimal. Deceased - td_dan - 14-08-2013 sell me the intercooler zak RE: The 2.1 Sedanimal. Deceased - c.gerrard - 14-08-2013 Such a shame. Always had happy memories of this car from when Jonny's brother had it RE: The 2.1 Sedanimal. Deceased - 306Puggy - 14-08-2013 Man I crashed my car I know how you feel bud. Mine wasn't as bad as it had just dented one chassis leg but still £250 pounds just to fix that + £170 for a second hand resprayed bonnet, £15 pound for a new second hand slam panel, £80 for a new bumper since they didn't have any in the scrappy and I needed the car on the road as soon as possible + £50 to sand it and paint it myself. It wasn't worth fixing TBH I only did it because I crashed it in daft circumstances plus the fact that it was my 1st car and I had only had it for 1.8 years at the time! RE: The 2.1 Sedanimal. Deceased - ozonehostile - 14-08-2013 yeah it proper sucks, it had so much potential. the engine is going to live on though at least. if i was a proper pikey it could be repaired but I certainly wouldn't be happy driving it after and if it was to be assessed by insurance im certain it would be a full on write off. gotta live with using the rallye as a daily for now which isnt exactly the worst thing in the world apart from fuel costs lol RE: The 2.1 Sedanimal. Deceased - Piggy - 14-08-2013 chuck that 2.1 in the rallye with a nice gt2260v. hell yeah RE: The 2.1 Sedanimal. Deceased - Dum-Dum - 14-08-2013 No, it needs to go in a 505, THAT engine and RWD RE: The 2.1 Sedan. scrapped - ozonehostile - 20-08-2013 the sedan is well and truly finished now, dropped the engine out last night and will be following in the tradition of many of dum-dums old cars in its journey to the scrap yard :p [URL=http://s1310.photobucket.com/user/ozonehostile/media/20130820_162411_zps5438966c.jpg.html] RE: The 2.1 Sedan. scrapped - kingy - 20-08-2013 Shite.
