My 5Door Blaze DTurbo Project - studturbo - 20-12-2011

This was my first ever dturbo but sadley she had too be scraped as she got the rot Sad
But here she is

So i went out and bought this sweet looking blaze dturbo with a bosch pump on. Big Grin Dont find many ph2s with bosch pumps on was lucky if u ask me Big Grin

Wiped the back axle off and put a lowered one on soon too come tho gti6 rear axle but this will do for the moment Smile

After that it was fmic time Smile

Then it was time too fit my MBC

Next i fitted my espace splitter Smile

just got a few problems too sort my sump leaking got a bad boost leak one of my inlet bolts gone as to threads pulled out of head Sad gutted
And am waiting on my grounded lda pin to arrive thanks too jp cant wait too get it in the pump and do the gov mod Smile

Looks awesome mate! A 5 door Blaze aint the most sought after 306 so it shows how well you can make them look!

Bigger wheels and a good clean and it'll be perfect!

I did my gov mod on christmas day not as hard as what you think too do just fiddly. Shimmed it 4mm got pump back together perfect everything went well took her up road she went well but she was letting off up near top of revs still.

so i gave it another 1mm and this happended when putting pump back together Sad

got a new cradle got a full pump off ebay for £28 get in day light robbery haha Big Grin

looks really nice pal - imo, i would create a nice OEM+ car, not saying to resort back to clones, but perhaps lose the splitter and neaten the interior (removing the 306 badge, removing your blue LED cigarette light?, install the boost gauge somehwere nice. perhaps even raise the rear a little to make it nice and level.

dont get me wrong, LOVING the engine bay and the effort gone into all of it, would hate to see this dturbo turn into a chav shagged ride Smile

Its not going too turn into a chav wagon trust me i hate chav cars and the cigarette lighter aint a light lol. I want some nice challengers or some nim rods. Big Grin Taking the rear tint out and that as for the splitter whats wrong with it like lol. Its is abit low on front dont u think am thinking of chopping that bottom bit off the splitter so it looks like laguna 1 not espace lol.
Thanks pal am glad u like her she needs sum skirts now but cant find none in blaze off a 5door.

Right people ive got these old 17s in mi shed can you tell me what you think of them on my new derv. I think its look nice and dont mind the flat tire thay av bin in shed months aha
