Allie that sucks, wasn't me, id of pushed it off a cliff.
To get the dent out heat it up with your hair dryer till your at the point of damaging the paint then freeze it with freezer spray (about a fiver from maplin) and if your lucky itll pop out (worth a try for a fiver)
As for the scratch have a go at it with rubbing compound then several layers of t cut colour magic and hopefully itll come out.

How well does that work Dum Dum? and does it work with older more set in dents?
Also....
Does it work where there are creases already set in the body work and little dings from shopping trolleys?
