Re: FLOL - Hitchos - 04-02-2012 mabye mate but everybody bought the VTS/VTR with the free insurence and drove like complete cocks when they first came out and they always wanted a race i sometimes hated sitting at lights in my 205 gti cause one of these crap boxes would show up and start revving there engines Re: FLOL - 4WayDiablo - 04-02-2012 Foxy-jim Wrote:I don't mind some saxo's but that is hideous!right so you like essex and saxos.... hmmm.... something you're not telling us Re: FLOL - Foxy-jim - 04-02-2012 Ye they were cheap so chavs bought them! I could have had a Saxo much cheaper but I couldn't handle the image, even though the VTS is the same car. Loved the 106 though, typical brilliant pug hot hatch  As for that one on eBay, kill it with fire. Re: FLOL - kingy - 05-02-2012 inearly bought a vts when they first came out before they had the chav status. bloody glad i didnt and opted for the xr2i. great little car that. Re: FLOL - Foxy-jim - 05-02-2012 I fancy a 106 gti! Re: FLOL - Toms306 - 05-02-2012 Foxy-jim Wrote:I fancy a 106 gti! They cost more than '6s to insure though. Well for me anyway. Re: FLOL - Foxy-jim - 05-02-2012 Na I can do one for around £1000! Re: FLOL - Toms306 - 05-02-2012 Foxy-jim Wrote:Na I can do one for around £1000! Really? :o It was about £200 more for me than a '6 was lol. FLOL - THE_Liam - 05-02-2012 Can't recommend them enough to be honest. Very quick, brilliant handling, slick gearbox with perfect ratios for back roads, amazing on juice (I got 47mpg from Leeds to Perranporth in Cornwall), surprisingly cheap insurance for me, great noise (very loud, and they pop and spit with the standard exhaust!). Only downsides were the lack of space and hard ride, but it's a hot hatch not a luxo-barge at the end of the day |
