My offside fog light has misted up, is this common? Is there a way to cure this?

Is the cap on the back of it? They seem to fall off or people forget to refit them. Using the fog lights will dry it out, but you need to seal it somehow to stop it coming back.

Yes it started after I put another bumper I must of knocked it maybe
